[BUG] Wrong fields extracted from application

Description

uploaded a complete EMS app to create a new application in Twill
AI was confused about addresses, it put the personal address in all the business address fields despite their being a clear field in the EMS app “corporate address” and “DBA” address
In the bank section “Account Name” is filled with the business DBA, this is likely because the field name is not specific enough, maybe we rename that field “Bank name” so that the AI knows better what should go there.
Did not pull drivers license number from the uploaded document, yet it is there.
